Marc Boyajian moved to the United States in 1982, realizing a life-long dream to reside in the country he has loved since childhood.
As a new-comer to the country, Marc started his own mini-mart working 14-15 hour days, 7 days a week, to provide for his family. While running the store as a stepping stone towards a future venture, he was researching other options available to him. In 1985, he started studying for his Real Estate License.
He did this between customers, suppliers, and deliveries. In 1987, he sold the store and got involved in Real Estate as a full-time salesperson and as an architect’s assistant. To understand and serve his clients better (who were involved in constructing apartment buildings and homes), he prepared for and obtained both his Real Estate Broker license in 1989 (license #00895860 active) and General Contractor license in 1990 (Inactive).
In 2005, he wanted to expand his knowledge and service to his clients, which led him to successfully pursue his Insurance Agent/Broker license
(License # 0E13011).
From 2006-2007, noticing that Real Estate and Loans were becoming a problem; he decided to get involved in some new adventures: the stock market.

During this time, he became uncomfortable with the events occurring within the country. Loans that Marc had turned down were ending up with big banks, which were approving them; it was supposed to be the other way around. After careful study of the economical, political, environmental and social conditions in the country, while making comparisons from the time he entered the country, he wanted to bring this change to everyone’s attention. He wrote two books entitled
“The Next Falling Empire”, explaining the political and economical situation and “The End Result” discussing the social perspective. He thought that the country was heading towards the same destiny of all other big empires throughout history that fell for similar reasons. Both books were published in 2008, respectively.
Having a character of continuous crave for new and different adventures, in 2009, he noticed a lot of water being wasted as runoff while watering the lawn. As a result of this observation, he followed his instincts and researched the extent of water shortage and found out that it is, and has become, a bigger problem than he originally thought. He wanted to tackle this problem which led to his invention entitled the
“Sprinkler Runoff Conservation System” (Patent Pending). The system operates by capturing the runoff water into a storage tank for recycling, with the added advantage of collecting rain water. The system also provides for an automatic shut off system during rainy and humid days. The Second Invention “Leak Stopping Sprinkler Heads” addresses broken or damaged sprinkler heads that cause water runoff and water waste because of it. It offers an automatic shutoff and notification to help owners tend to it as soon as possible, resulting in both savings in water and water bills.
